Use the first button if your AI can open web links (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot and most agents can). If it can't, use the second: it copies the instructions and the whole module in one go.
One file holds my whole method: Molecular Coding plus 74 rules for honesty, clarity, design, security, logic, money, people and feelings, and a 20-point checklist so the AI only delivers A-grade work (9.5/10 or better). Give it to ChatGPT, Claude or any AI assistant and it starts working this way.
Good to know: this doesn't change the AI model itself. It gives the AI instructions and examples to follow, which is how you "teach" an assistant today. It works best when you paste it in as custom instructions or a project file.
